Abstract: Zusammenfassung Dieses Kurzreferat (Précis) legt eine vorläufige Darstellung einer persönlichen Führungsphilosophie vor. Die Darstellung stützt sich auf theoretische Perspektiven zur Führung – diese wiederum basieren auf neueren Führungsliteraturen, zentralen Führungseinflüssen, kultureller Identität, Trends in der Entwicklung postbürokratischer Organisationen sowie verschiedenen Arbeitserfahrungen.
