Abstract: Zusammenfassung Dieses Kurzreferat beschreibt, wie ausgehend von den Ursprüngen bei Mintzberg und Morgan und unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Annahmen und Schwächen ein persönliches mentales Modell von Organisationen entwickelt wurde, das besser an die Volatilität, Unsicherheit, Komplexität und Mehrdeutigkeit des 21. Jahrhunderts angepasst ist.
