Abstract In this book, we present a model for evaluating projects based on seven aspects: the three key components are a long and healthy life, education and knowledge, and a decent standard of living, and the Influencing contextual factors namely, content coverage and coherence of the projects, measurement of project worth, evaluation of project impact, evaluation of project sustainability.
