Chapter Chapter 2 in Determining Outcomes and Impacts of Human Resource Development Programs, 2024, pp 9-22 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Human resource research plays a crucial role in organizations by providing valuable insights into various aspects of the workforce (Kareem in Manage. Dyn. Knowl. Econ. 7:29–50, 2019; Sinambela et al. in J. Mark. Bus. Res. 2:47–58, 2022). It encompasses a broad spectrum of investigations that aim to understand and improve the dynamics of the workforce. Workforce dynamics refers to the intricate interplay of factors that influence employees’ behavior, attitudes, performance, and overall engagement within an organization. These dynamics are shaped by a multitude of factors, including organizational culture, leadership styles, employee motivation, teamwork, diversity and inclusion, training and development, and the broader socio-economic environment.
