Chapter Chapter 7 in Determining Outcomes and Impacts of Human Resource Development Programs, 2024, pp 87-103 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The pursuit of evaluating the outcomes and impacts of research initiatives remains a persistent challenge. As organizations endeavor to optimize their human resources and adapt to the evolving demands of the contemporary global workforce, the role of research in Human Resource Development (HRD) has gained paramount significance (Sambhalwal and Kaur in J. Namibian Stud. Hist. Polit. Cult. 33:2048–2061, 2023). Yet, the mere execution of research in this field falls short; equally crucial is the systematic assessment of its outcomes and the far-reaching impacts it engenders.
