However, debates about their nature and valueValue have persisted over the past two decades. Therefore, it is crucial for private enterprises in China to adapt to the changing landscape and redefine their valueValue propositions to prioritize green creativityGreen creativity. This shift in focus toward innovation and environmentalSustainability sustainabilityEnvironmental sustainability is essential for these enterprises to remain relevant. By leveraging green HRMGreen HRM practices and fostering a culture of creativity, private enterprises in China can promote sustainabilitySustainability and have a positive impact on societySociety.
