In recent years, scholars and practitioners have given significant attention to understandingUnderstanding the factors that influence organizational sustainabilitySustainability. Therefore, this research attempted to explore how organizational sustainabilitySustainability is affected by green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management through green organizational supportGreen organizational support as a mediator. Data from 368 EgyptAirEgyptair employees wereEmployee examined, and using structural equation modelingStructural equation modelling, hypotheses were tested. The results revealed that green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management significantly and positively affects perceived green organizational supportGreen organizational support and organizational sustainabilitySustainability. The results also showed that perceived green organizational supportGreen organizational support positively affects organizational sustainabilitySustainability. Regarding the mediator effect, the results concluded that perceived green organizational supportGreen organizational support mediates the association between green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management and organizational sustainabilitySustainability in part. These results may aid future researchers in better comprehending the connection between green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management and organizational sustainabilitySustainability via perceived green organizational supportGreen organizational support. Furthermore, these results may assist managers and policymakers in their attempts to adopt green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management, strengthening organizational sustainabilitySustainability by increasing perceived green organizational supportGreen organizational support.
