This study investigates the impact of green organizational cultureOrganisational culture (GOC)Human capital Human capital management Absorptive capacityon competitive advantage (GCA), with a particular focus on the mediating roles of green human capital management (GHCM) and absorptive capacity (GAC). Our research collected and analyzed data from a sample of 103 employees representing of Indonesia’s best private universitiesUniversities using SmartPLS 4. The results underscore the significance of GOC, GHCM, and GAC in elevating GCA within the context of higher education institutionsHigher education institutions.
