Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 6 strongly focuses on the shift from push marketing to providing valuable and interesting content that shares brand stories to engage with target audiences. This chapter explores a wide range of social media tactics, including paid promotional content (such as advertising and boosted posts), influencer marketing, competitions, events, games, etc. It also demonstrates why all tactics must be underpinned by quality storytelling to connect with target audiences.
