Abstract:
Abstract The eleventh chapter presents the basics of the digital platform economy and outlines the core components of platforms and the interactions on them. The sharing economy is described and explained with the help of the SSU sharing platform model. Chapter 11 concludes with a presentation of crowd strategies, which are examined in more detail using Kickstarter as a case study.
