Abstract:
Abstract The fourth chapter defines the concept of digital government and explains the players and interaction structures. Building on this, the digital government services and their channels are presented. The terms open government and e-participation are then explained. The concept of the smart city and the USS Digital Demand Factor System are also described. Chapter 4 concludes with a description of the success factors of digital government.
