Chapter 2 in Innovation and Product Management, 2015, pp 27-42 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The main objective of this chapter is the presentation of a fundamental process model of an integrated innovation and product management. The conception of this model takes place on the task spectrum of product management on the one hand, and on a representative phase model of the innovation process on the other. During the course of this chapter, the evolution of innovation process models is represented and design as a relevant core process of innovation management is discussed. At the end of this chapter, a three step approach for the implementation of innovation process models is introduced.
