Abstract:
Abstract Latent problems in products can cause the accidents in use. Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) is normally used to predict these latent problems. However, a process of filling data sheets of FMEA is not obvious in detail and the utility of FMEA sheet in next product plans involves various problems such as difficulties in searching specific data.
