Abstract:
Abstract This chapter will introduce the reader to a set of standards, best practices and management models that have been considered for the elaboration of the following Sections of this book. Obviously we cannot build our framework from zero, there are very relevant references in previous works, good practices and successful stories that we can consider when designing a framework for network utilities maintenance.
