Chapter Chapter 35 in Reliability Assessment of Safety and Production Systems, 2021, pp 709-747 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After the description of the specific characteristics of production systems and a classification of their failure and restoration events, the characteristics of the production availability studies are determined. The capacity of modelling these characteristics with reliability block diagrams, Markov graphs and Petri nets is shown through an example based on a real industrial system.
