Abstract: Abstract In February 1987, I met Prof. Ravi Iyer for the first time during my interview for an Assistant Professor position at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (ECE Illinois). Since then, I have had the great opportunity to have him as a role model.
