Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents MSG-4, the next generation of aircraft maintenance standards. It highlights how Aircraft Health Monitoring (AHM) enables Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), supporting data-driven, predictive, and intelligent maintenance. MSG-4 also addresses off-aircraft data, advanced materials, hybrid structures, and emerging propulsion technologies.
