Chapter Chapter 1 in Risk Management of Non-Renewable Energy Systems, 2015, pp 1-18 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Imagine a scenario when one day you are traveling on an electric train and suddenly the train stops; after some time the entire train becomes gloomy, you want to call your friend but the cell phone does not function. You think to yourself what’s happening? Why does everything stop working? If one analyzes the above scenario the train may stop suddenly due to power failure.
