Abstract:
The conference proceedings consist of many reports of high scientific level in the field of commodity science, such as: Commodity Science: achievements, tendencies and challenges; Quality, safety, and authenticity of commodities; Technologies and innovations; Safety and satisfaction of customers’ interests; Ecological aspects of commodity science; Systems for quality management, standardization, and certification; Packaging and logistics of the commodities; Financial, commercial, and promotional aspects of commodity science. Every four years well known scientists and researchers from universities, public organizations and business in different countries meet in the Commodity Science Department at the University of Economics-Varna, Bulgaria to discuss important problems connected with commodity science, innovations, sustainability, etc. and find decisions. This book gathers together very interesting and innovative researches and analyses from the discussions
