Abstract:
Awareness of green concerns among consumers is rapidly expanding worldwide. Changes in consumption of products and services range from industrial uses to personal consumption. Consumer concerns include energy conservation, use of chemicals that present a danger to nature, use of nonrenewable resources, and the carbon footprints of their own consumption, among other environmental concerns. In complex, highly dynamic, and technologically laden markets, consumers’ escalating concerns over green issues include the growing demand for green products and services and their distribution. Green consumers worldwide are reexamining their consumption habits and how they can safely dispose of the remains of products and services, especially green products and services.
