Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly prominent role in the education sector. There are two main aspects of AI initiatives: (i) AI for education and (ii) education of AI. Leveraging AI for teaching AI is an exciting prospect in the education sector. Moreover, the case study discussed in this chapter focuses on a practice-oriented training environment. The targeted learners include post-graduate students and working professionals. On the other hand, educators typically have some industry work experience. The greatest challenge in teaching and learning lies in the diverse backgrounds of learners within the same class for a given course. Leveraging (generative) AI to personalize and diversify course content is essential to meet individual learning needs. That said, incorporating human oversight, especially through a human-in-the-loop approach involving educators, is essential. This is because educators play a critical role in ensuring the quality and relevance of the content. Naturally, ethical and governance issues emerge as one of the key concerns in the entire education sector.
