Abstract:
AbstractIn the enterprise production chain, it is interesting to consider the contribution made by all partecipants. Customers opinions and suggestions on products represent a potential of knowledge so high that it can be considered a true strategic asset for the acquisition of competitive advantages. Customers, with their preference, determine the success or failure of a company. In the extended enterprise, by interactive tools of the Web 2.0, customers and suppliers can be involved in the design and product development. Thus the information msystem Product LifeCycle Management (PLM) becomes collaborative and the product meets the customers' equirements in a context of Customer Satisfaction and Total Quality.
