Abstract:
AbstractThis research paper aims to investigate Greek paramaritime companies and their ability to implement differentiation strategy in order to obtain the competitive advantage of uniqueness in terms of the other companies engaging in the same sector [1]. The paramaritime sector is made up of companies offering products and services supporting the main activity of shipping companies. However, their contribution which is necessary for the successful performance of the transportation operations pursued, places them in the context of a top priority action for shipping. To successfully investigate the differentiation strategies used by paramaritime companies, an attempt has been made to carry out research in companies providing safety services to Greek vessels around the globe.
