Abstract:
AbstractThe process of decision-making for the hiring of the appropriate personnel from Greek medium-sized enterprises becomes more and more difficult. In this project we seek to detect the ways and the processes with which the Greek medium-sized enterprises choice and hire employees and their essential qualifications, in order to cover their operational requirements. This quantitative research took place in 220 medium-sized Greek enterprises. The results are particularly interesting. The Greek medium-sized enterprises, in order to be shielded and become more competitive, seek and apply the best ways to select personnel for important vacant positions, capable to help them to cope with alternative situations, in order to increase their profitability.
