Abstract:
AbstractIt is becoming commonly accepted by the decision makers of the companies that e-business is not a panacea and it could be a threat and opportunity at the same time depending on the strategic positioning of the firm, its maturity and ability to operate successfully within a new environment, the duration of the designing process etc. In this paper, we develop a methodology, based on the Balanced Scorecard framework, for the firms that are willing to be involved with e-business, according to an integrated development and transition plan.
