Abstract: China has entered the era of network information, and search engines have become an important way for the vast number of network users to obtain information, while search keywords reflect the main concerns of users and the tendency of their consumption behavior. The analysis of keywords in online search engines can also be used as one of the bases for the identification of macroeconomic problems. The development of real estate is related to the national macroeconomic trend and the vital interests of residents. Therefore, we should actively apply advanced information technologies such as big data and BP neural network to scientifically extract and standardize the network keywords for a more accurate prediction of the commodity housing price index and promote the sound development of China’s real estate industry.
