Abstract: In recent years, information technologies such as mobile payment, search engines, cloud computing and internet finance have developed rapidly. This has greatly impacted the structure of the financial market, and is set to bring about deep changes to the global financial industry. At the same time, the advent of the digital economy has brought about more challenges to the services and products of internet finance and financial supervision.
