Business Growth through Digital Disruption

Shahdrick Samson

Chapter 11 in Digital Strategies and Organizational Transformation, 2023, pp 211-222 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.

Abstract: Digital disruption has been underway for more than a decade. Traditional methods no longer seem effective and are detrimental to survival. How well a business becomes digital and adapts to the rapidly changing market forces will to a great extent determine how much market share it will gain in comparison to its competitors. While becoming digital is not an easy or an inexpensive journey, it is an essential one. It requires a firm commitment and dedication of resources to be truly successful. However, the rewards for undertaking such a journey are well worth the efforts and will determine the new set of market leaders.
