Abstract:
This chapter explores management systems for embedding sustainability development in management. Sustainability development encompasses a range of issues, including the environment and human rights, but this chapter focuses on management systems to address gender disparity. For Japanese companies, gender disparity is essential in terms of human rights considerations and organizational productivity. It describes examples of Japanese companies establishing and operating the management system.
