Abstract:
AbstractBusiness process-oriented knowledge management is a new research field. In knowledge-intensive organizations, transfer and sharing of process-oriented tacit knowledge is important for improving business process performance and promoting core competence. First, the paper reviews the related research on process-oriented knowledge management. Second, the process, obstacles, characteristics and behavior pattern of knowledge workers in core business process was analyzed from levels of individual, team and organization. Third, the paper proposes a model of promoting efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer and sharing in knowledge-intensive organization, especially from situation and incentive mechanism in different level of individual, team and organization.
