Abstract:
AbstractThis paper develops techniques used to manage tacit knowledge within enterprises and build ways to achieve effective decisions. A particular example addresses the work and interfaces that a security Incidents Response Team (IRT) has to conduct to protect enterprise assets, and provides a proactive system capable of adapting operational procedures, resource management and corporate strategy to the evolution of digital risk. Finally, we propose a knowledge management system based on a set of processes for the creation, storage and dissemination of knowledge required for information security, decision-making and IRT tacit knowledge management.
