Abstract:
AbstractThis paper presents partial results of study focused on evaluated aspect of asymmetric information and strategic knowledge management – SKM in an electrical agency in Brazil, searching for informational and knowledgeable behavior to deal with problems on tax revising processes. Methodology applied involved a survey with 12 strategists and interview with 3 decision strategic makers and the data was processed using statistical methods. Results point to problems in minimizes information asymmetry, as well as to increase shared strategic knowledge among strategists and also decision makers.
