Abstract: AbstractThis paper presents a knowledge management paradigm of tightly coupling the business process and knowledge management process from the view of Organizational Intelligence for dealing with dynamic and uncertain organizational environments. This new paradigm advocates focusing on problem solving process in an organization, to manage the knowledge, analyze the dynamic features of knowledge flow, represent the knowledge based on ontology techniques, introduce the agents to support the problem-solving activities, and develop the knowledge management architecture in a foundation of Semantic Web. The paper also proposes a method of modeling and analyzing knowledge flows by extending IDEF0 modeling techniques, and its application value is described by a case study about the Non-Functional Requirements driving software designing process.
