Aviad Bar-Haim

Chapter 10 in Organizational Commitment:The Case of Unrewarded Behavior, 2019, pp 55-65 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.

Abstract: In this study, a twofold purpose is expected: (a) a more precise and direct measurement of behavioral organizational commitment (BOC) according to the mapping sentence, which includes an empirical mapping display of the entire space of the new definition of commitment, and (b) prediction of two forms of BOC by a larger set of predictors, including bases of OC (fact B).The data is drawn from a survey among 316 respondents in five organizational settings1: tutors at the Open University of Israel, civil service employees in an HRM course, employees in a major NGO, employees in a mental health center and students in management studies in two colleges.
