Abstract: The above quote from top scholars in social sciences underscores the unique capability of the QFD matrices as instruments for collection and analysis of a huge amounts of information in product innovation. In one’s development of the QFD matrices, one must thus observe the importance of designing the rooms using different fonts, different colours and selected symbols facilitating the display and analysis of important information.
