Abstract:
In such a globalised era accompanied with dramatically competitive waves, contemporary community colleges have drawn more and more attention on their performance management. This study aims to measure performance from customer capital and propose solutions that can effectively improve the performance measurement on community colleges. We utilise soft computing method to design a performance evaluation model. By fuzzy statistical methods, we retrieve the community college management features and build up performance indicators, such as enrollment, satisfaction, and attendance for customer capital. Community colleges can perform effective decision-making on performance evaluation by adapting the analysis of customer capital.
