Abstract: Autori analiziraju fenomen stacionarnosti BDP-a per capita u Hrvatskoj tijekom posljednjih trideset godina s posebnim naglaskom na posljednje desetljeće. Posebna pozornost u kontekstu problema dugoročnog regresa posvećuje se kritici insufi cijentnog odgovora “ofi cijelne” ekonomske profesije koji i dalje nominalno inzistira na zastarjelom modelu “tvrdih proračunskih ograničenja” koji je, u biti, tijekom globalne krize napušten u većini razvijenih zemalja.
