Abstract: This paper proposes the governance framework of a gamified social network for charity crowdfunding fueled by public computing. It introduces optimal scarce resource allocation model, technological configuration of the FIRE consensus protocol, and multi-layer incentivization structure that maximizes value creation within the network.
