Abstract:
Modern macroeconomic models, particularly those grounded in Rational Expectation Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE), operate under the assumption of fully rational decision-making. This paper examines the impact of behavioral factors on the communication index/sentiment index of the US Federal Reserve.
