Abstract: This CES Technical Note documents fixes made to the LBD establishment link file (lbd_link7598.sas7bdat) and describes flags that indicate the nature of the longitudinal linkages on the LBD. This is one of several CES Technical Notes describing issues associated with constructing and using the LBD.
