Abstract: Für Unternehmen wird es immer schwieriger, qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte zu finden. Auch wenn der Fach- und Führungskräftemangel absehbar war, haben viele nicht mit dieser Dramatik gerechnet. Wo sind die Arbeitskräfte geblieben, die überall fehlen? Und wie lassen sie sich zurückgewinnen beziehungsweise erst einmal kontaktieren? Künstliche Intelligenz weiß vielleicht eine Antwort.
