Abstract: Die Studie "Evaluierung strategischer Optionen für Geschäftsmodelle im Immobilienbestandsmanagement" nimmt die zahlreichen Eigentümerwechsel in Immobilienbeständen zum Anlass, um die Reaktionen des Marktes auf gestiegene Renditeanforderung und Optimierungserfordernisse zu hinterfragen. Sie untersucht im Dialog mit Experten Trends, Herausforderungen und Erfolgsfaktoren für das IBM sowie die daraus entstehenden Konsequenzen für die Wertschöpfungsstruktur der Marktteilnehmer.
