Abstract: Die Bundesregierung hat mit dem Energiekonzept erstmals Sektor-spezifische Ziele zur Energieeinsparung für den Gebäudebestand gesetzt. Bis 2050 sollen 80 Prozent Primärenergie eingespart werden. Dazu wird an einem Sanierungsfahrplan gearbeitet, dessen Erfolg ganz wesentlich von ökonomischen Faktoren abhängen wird
