Abstract:
This annex describes the economic model developed for this report and used in Chapter 2 to lay out China's long term growth possibilities. The objective of the model is to provide as simple a framework as possible with which to highlight the changing role of the fundamental determinants of growth in China: productivity growth, savings, and structural change.
