Abstract: The digital transformation is still a protean concept, whose acceptances differ between practitioners and researchers. After a systematic literature review to clarify the definition and imensions of this topic, we conducted an exploratory qualitative study to better understand the stakes and impacts of the digital transformation of businesses. Our first results show that digitalization represents strategic, organizational and cultural stakes for the company and requires the commitment and involvement of Top management. This paper is a research in progress; others interviews are planned in order to better understand the process of transformation.
