Abstract:
Considered as relevant levers for developing countries and territories, terroir products have focused the attention of many actors, researchers and policy for over 30 years. Indeed, if the products GI protection approaches have been successful in the EU countries, and particularly in France, they are still under construction in Mediterranean countries. The researches presented in this book are interested in the construction of terroir products in Mediterranean countries. They take different theoretical approaches in economics and management and are based on a variety of fields.
