Antropologia de las organizaciones

Abstract:
This article introduces the origins of the organizational anthropology field highlighting its different theoretical approaches. Among all the contributions of this field, we have chosen to focus on the dimensions that, in our opinion, support our anthropological standpoint in this domain. This brief article seeks to provide some tools that can help as intellectual principles for corporate contextualized actions. Based in a wider model of the human being that privileges action, experience, spacetime, symbolism, body and ethics, our stand wants to be an alternative to the dominant model in the area of organizational and management studies.
