Abstract:
If the issue of French urban disadvantaged areas has been studied since a long time by many social scientists (economists, sociologists, political scientists), we have to recognize that, up to now, few studied has been done in management. This finding has conducted us, to start from the existing studies, for apprehending the issue of these urban areas under a managerial perspective. In studying factors, enhancing and restraining the professional inclusion of persons from these territories, we present a state of the art around two mainsissues: recruitment and professional integration. Finally, we will consider, due to the actual studies' limitations, some ways of reflection in order to deepen it.
