Abstract: So far, the issue of dyslexic workers has not been addressed by management researchers. We therefore thought it would be interesting to look at their case in view of the difficulty they may encounter in their socialization process within French organizations and to answer here to the following question: can compensatory resilience behaviours be qualified as adjustment behaviours in the sense of Dufour and Lacaze (2010)?
