Integrity in Management Sciences: more than particular justice but less than morality

Philippe Jacquinot

Post-Print from HAL

Abstract: Many authors in management sciences are interested in the concept of integrity, sensing that its use can shed new light on the contribution of each employee to his organization. But they hardly agree on its definition. This paper, based on Aristotle's study of justice, shows that the common denominator of integrity found by Jacquinot (2018) relates to particular justice. Morevoer, it shows that integrity can be related to any kind of justice but must not be confused with all morality.
